How referrals are approved, how tiers move, and when commissions are paid.
No. Applying and participating are free. There is no fee, no inventory to buy, and no minimum number of referrals you must send to stay in the program.
When CreditRize approves it. A referral is approved once the person is a new eligible client, enrollment is complete, the required payment has been received, service has begun, and the referral is not a duplicate or a self-referral. Approval is the moment your commission is locked in.
Your tier sets your rate: $100 as an Ally, $200 as an Advocate, and $300 as an Ambassador. Starting a month as an Ally, that reads straight down the table: referrals 1–4 pay $100, referrals 5–9 pay $200, and referral 10 onward pays $300.
No. Monthly counts reset, but your tier does not. If you hold Advocate, the first referral we approve in the new month pays the Advocate rate — you do not have to earn the tier again to be paid at it.
Immediately, at the moment we approve the referral that reaches the threshold — and that referral is the first one paid at the new rate. Your 5th approved referral in a month earns the Advocate rate, and your 10th earns the Ambassador rate. Referrals approved before that keep the rate they earned.
Tiers are reviewed on the first of each month over the 3 completed calendar months before it. Advocate needs 15 approved referrals across that window and Ambassador needs 30. Ally is permanent and has no minimum.
The first time you reach Advocate or Ambassador, you are not reviewed until three full calendar months have finished. The partial month you were promoted in does not count against you.
You can move down only one tier at any single review, so an Ambassador becomes an Advocate rather than dropping straight to Ally. Anything you already earned is untouched, and meeting the monthly threshold again puts you straight back — no waiting period and no new application.
Approved commissions are held for 5 business days, excluding weekends and US federal bank holidays. After the hold they are eligible for payout, and CreditRize issues payouts manually.
Only where the referral was not valid: fraud, intentional misrepresentation, a duplicate, a self-referral, a payment that failed or was reversed before approval, a referral that never met the requirements, or a material violation of the program. A commission is not reversed simply because a client later gets a partial refund or ends services.
90 days. Credit goes to the first partner whose link or code the person used, and the window starts at that first visit. A later visit through someone else's link does not take your credit, and it does not restart the clock either.
Your dashboard shows clicks on your link, leads, approved referrals, your current tier, your progress toward the next one, your retention progress, pending and paid commissions, and your payout history.
No. Referring yourself, or using your own identity or payment information to earn a commission on your own enrollment, is a self-referral and does not qualify.
You get a landing page and CreditRize-approved materials to share. Public claims, guarantees, pricing and promotional language need CreditRize approval first — including what CreditRize can and cannot promise, which is what keeps everyone compliant.
